Own a piece of the businesses you already pay for
- Legally
- In your own name
- From anywhere
Mission
Make ownership as easy to move as money.
Spending went global decades ago. Ownership didn’t. Our job is to build the plumbing that lets a person own a piece of the businesses they already pay for, legally, in their own name, from anywhere; and to let any real business raise from its own people without waiting to be big enough for an exchange or invited by a fund.

Vision
One global market where everything is listed, legal and accessible.
A chain where every participant is known and every asset has a legal owner. A market where a club in Limassol is owned in Dubai, Delhi and Düsseldorf. A platform open enough that anyone can build a bank, a broker or their own market on it, and regulated enough that a regulator can inspect all of it. Indian-led, built for the world.
The company
Twenty-five years of regulated businesses, then the thing they were all missing.
The founder has built and run brokerages, banks, payments companies and exchanges for over twenty-five years, across India, the Gulf and Europe, each one licensed where it operates. That work solved everything about moving money and nothing about owning things: a person could trade, pay and send anywhere, and still couldn’t own a piece of the club they had supported for thirty years.
BlockMaze was built to be the third market. The public markets are for companies already huge; the private markets are invite-only. Everyone else was a customer. So the chain was launched already regulated, the community capital market was placed under an EU investment-firm licence, the exchange under its own, the bank under its own, and the whole thing was wired so that one verification and one register serve all of it.
The market opened in 2026. Its first issuers are a football academy in India and a first-division club in Cyprus; a festival and a heritage leather house are in vetting. The world’s listed stocks, gold and treasuries are already on the market as tokens, through Dealing.
