Your customers are your capital. Issue it.

The people who buy your product, follow you or invest with you can own a piece of what you do. They can own registered equity or units, in their name, on a regulated market that reaches across the EU, the GCC and India, structured by our HCMC-regulated entity in Greece. Clubs, brands, startups, funds, lenders, property owners, institutions and public bodies raise here.

Open to every kind of issuer

One market. Every kind of issuer.

A football club and an asset manager don’t have much in common, except that both have people who believe in them and neither could reach those people as owners until now. If it’s real, verifiable and has people behind it, there is a structure for it here.

How it works

Eight steps from application to listed.

  1. 01 — Apply. Five minutes: what you are, your community, the capital you need, your country.

  2. 02 — Qualifying call. You hear on the call whether it fits and what the raise could look like.

  3. 03 — Issuer workspace. KYB, documents, accounts and the offering details, in one place.

  4. 04 — Structuring. The regulated entity sets the instrument, rights, custody and eligibility.

  5. 05 — Offering opens. Your page goes live: story, numbers, documents, Q&A, FAQ and a live session with you.

  6. 06 — Raise. Your community subscribes. Interest registered before opening converts first.

  7. 07 — Listed on Dealing. What you issued trades on the ecosystem’s exchange.

  8. 08 — Owners, for good. Reporting to your owners, a register that stays, and the next raise when you’re ready.

What you get, what you give

Capital, owners, institutions and a market. For a minority of your equity.

What you give: a minority of registered equity or units with rights in writing, and the duties of a listed issuer: accounts to your owners, material events disclosed, their questions answered. No board seat for a platform, no preference stack, no one waiting for the exit.

The work

We do the market and the reach. You do the story.

  1. 1

    The market

We vet you and your documents, structure the issuance with the regulated entity, hold what you issue with a regulated custodian, handle eligibility by country and one KYC for everyone, run the raise, list it on Dealing and keep the register for as long as you are listed.

  2. 2

    The reach

Your offering page with its Q&A, FAQ and live session. A podcast episode on our channel and the reels that go with it. Our newsletter and social reach. Partner brokers who offer your raise to their clients. A co-branded page and referral links so your community can bring their friends.

  3. 3

    You

Tell your story on camera and on the page. Give your community the first call. Show up for the live session and answer their questions. After the raise, report to your owners the way you would to any shareholder. That’s the job.

After the raise

The raise is the beginning.

Most routes end at the money. Here the company gets a market, a way to talk to its owners, a bank, and a register it can raise on again.

Start your raise →

The register stays with you.

  1. Primary, then secondary

    Listed on Dealing

The raise is the primary market, here. After close, what you issued lists on Dealing, the ecosystem’s exchange, where owners buy and sell and you can see a price. A new listing can be thin at first; the market deepens as owners and brokers join.

  2. Your owners

    Talk to them, directly

Updates, results and announcements go from the issuer workspace to every owner, on your offering page and by email. Their questions come to you in the same place; your answers are public. Live sessions whenever you want them.

  3. Investors and their clients

    Family offices and brokers

Family offices follow you through the deal room. Partner brokers hold your equity for their clients and bring you new owners. Dealing’s investment bank handles placements when you want a larger ticket.

  4. Follow-on raises

Raise again on the same register

A second round, a rights issue to existing owners, or a secondary for early holders: same register, same owners, same page, less work the second time.

  5. The company

A bank and an owners’ card

Accounts, cards and payments for the company through OneVault, on the same KYC. A branded card for your owners if you want one: spend with you, hold their stake, carry the badge.

  6. Your duties

    What a listed issuer does

Periodic accounts to your owners, material events disclosed promptly, questions answered, the register kept accurate. The workspace tells you what is due and when.

What it costs

Flat, and set out before you sign.

A flat issuance fee and a listing fee on Dealing after the raise. Structuring, custody, the offering page, the Q&A, the live session and the podcast episode are included. The schedule depends on what you issue and where; talk to us and you’ll have it the same day.

Who qualifies

A real business, a real community, a real need.

  • Accounts and ownership that can be checked.
  • People who already know you.
  • A plan the money executes.
  • What doesn’t qualify: fan or hype tokens with nothing behind them, and anything the regulated entity can’t vet.

Issuer FAQ

The questions founders and managers ask first.

A question the FAQ didn’t answer?

Ask it here. Issuer questions are answered by the team that runs the raises, and the useful ones join the FAQ.

Answered by the issuance team.

There is no platform minimum or maximum; the size is set by what the business can justify and what the regulated entity approves. A club raises at club scale; a fund or a credit series is sized to its mandate.

You issue a minority of registered equity or units with the rights the offering document sets out. Governance stays where the documents put it; there is no board seat for the platform.

It depends on how ready your documents are. The qualifying call tells you where you stand; the issuer workspace tells you what is missing. No fixed timeline is promised.

Verified investors in eligible countries across the EU, the GCC, India and beyond, plus family offices through the deal room. Eligibility is handled by country before anyone can subscribe.

What you issued lists on Dealing. You post updates to your owners from the issuer workspace. When you are ready, you raise again on the same register.

The offering document sets the minimum. If it is not met, subscriptions are returned in full.

Yes. Issuers can be based in the EU, the GCC, India and most other countries. Where the structure needs an EU holding vehicle, it is set up as part of structuring.

Usually not. Existing shareholders keep what they hold; the raise issues new equity or units with its own rights, and the shareholder agreement is reviewed in structuring so nothing conflicts.

The offering is denominated in one currency, typically euros or dollars, and investors fund it from their own. Your owners’ returns move with the exchange rate, which the risk section tells them.

Every customer you have earned is capital you have not yet issued.

Start in five minutes. You’ll know on the first call whether it fits.
