The questions people ask before they register, and after.

Before you register

The first questions.

No. Crowdfunding sites mostly give you a note, a SAFE or a nominee holding, in one country. Here you own registered equity in your own name, structured by a regulated entity, with a regulated secondary market.

No. BlockMaze is a regulated chain used as the register. What you own is equity in a real business; the token is the register entry.

The minimum is set per offering and shown on its page. Registering is free.

It depends. Register and verify and you see exactly what is open to you.

BlockMaze’s regulated entity, authorised by the Hellenic Capital Market Commission in Greece.

When you invest

The next questions.

By bank transfer from an account in your name. Cash waits in the treasury token until you choose an offering.

Registering is free. Subscription fees and minimums are per offering and shown before you subscribe. No custody fee for community offerings. Dealing’s fees when you sell.

A free, non-binding signal; interest registered before opening converts first.

Subscriptions are returned in full.

If the issuer pays them and the documents give you the rights.

After you own

The questions that come later.

On Dealing, after the raise closes and the equity lists. There may be few buyers at times.

It is the ecosystem’s exchange. Same KYC, same holdings.

Your holding is on the register and with the custodian, not on BlockMaze’s balance sheet.

On its offering page, in public; the answer is public too.

To us first, through the complaints page; then the ombudsman route the page names.

Own what you believe in.

Register, and you’ll be told first when the offerings open.
