One market. Anyone can build on it.

Our chain, our licences and our rails are open. Fintechs run payments, cards, acquiring, custody, trading and conversion businesses on them. Brokers and exchanges offer our issuers to their clients. Anyone can launch their own community capital market.

Three doors

Distribute, build, or launch.

How it connects to the market

Everything you build here plugs into the community capital market.

A card, a wallet or a brokerage on our rails is more than a fintech product, because the market sits underneath it. Three ways in.

  1. 1

    Your users become owners

One KYC and one register across the ecosystem, so the offerings on the market can be offered inside your app with no extra onboarding. A wallet with 100,000 users is 100,000 people who can own a piece of a club from the app they already have.

  2. 2

    You become an issuer

Build, then raise. The business you run on our rails is a business with a community; when it’s ready, it raises on the market from its own customers, on the register it already uses.

  3. 3

    Your product carries ownership

A card that holds a stake, loyalty points that become equity, a community bank where the member is an owner. The market is the ingredient a bank can’t copy.

Distribute our offerings

The broker programme, in three tiers.

Tier 1

Refer

Send clients to BlockMaze with a tracked link and a co-branded page. No build. Referral fee per funded account or allocation.

Tier 2

Distribute

Offerings inside your app by API or widget. You onboard and run appropriateness; we allocate, register the holding in the client’s name and deliver documents. Fee share per allocation.

Tier 3

Launch your own market

Your own branded community capital market on our rails, with .com as the regulated counterparty. Platform fee plus a share of issuance fees.

What you get

The offerings catalogue with status and eligibility rules, a per-country eligibility engine, subscription and allocation flow, document delivery, holdings and register reporting, webhooks, a marketing kit with approved copy, a partner portal and named coverage.

What we need

Your regulatory status and licence numbers, the markets you serve, your client base, your AML programme and how you want to integrate. Partners who onboard clients act as distributors: target-market and appropriateness sit with you; marketing copy is approved by us; eligibility by country is enforced by the API.

Founding distribution partners: the first brokers to sign get allocation priority on the first offerings and a co-branded launch.

How it starts

Six steps from the first call to live.

Commercials are set per partner: setup, revenue share or per-transaction. No timelines are stated; the sandbox tells you how ready you are.

Partner FAQ

What partners ask first.

Ask us

Tell us what you want to build.

Answered by the partnerships team.

Not for most models. Under white-label, an ecosystem company is the regulated provider and you operate as its agent, distributor or introducer, with the responsibility split written down. If you hold a licence at home, the hybrid model uses yours there and ours abroad.

The one that holds the licence for what you build: OneVault for accounts, cards, acquiring and payments; Dealing for brokerage, the exchange and investment banking; .com for issuance, custody and tokenisation; the issuer workspace for tokens.

Per partner: a setup fee, a revenue share or a per-transaction price, depending on the service and volume. You have the schedule after scoping.

Yes. Brokers start with a referral link and no build; fintechs start with one service in one market and add from the catalogue.

You own the brand and the relationship. Where an ecosystem company is the regulated provider, it has the regulatory relationship it must have, and the agreement says exactly what that covers.

We say so. The licence table shows where each capability is held; anything outside it is case by case and may not be possible.

The licences exist. The rails exist. Build the business.

Tell us what you want to be and we’ll tell you on the first call how it can be structured.
