What’s included
The parts people usually have to assemble themselves.
KYC for every holder
No anonymous wallets. Holders are verified before they receive a token, which is why institutions will touch it.
Custody and the register
Holdings are register entries with a regulated custodian where the token is a security; held in verified wallets otherwise.
Compliance rules in the token
Transfer restrictions, eligibility by country and redemption rules enforced by the token standard, not by a promise.
Distribution
Your own channels, the ecosystem’s apps, partner brokers, and listing on Dealing for tokens that qualify.
What doesn’t get issued
Three things we say no to.
Tokens that pretend to be shares
If it carries ownership rights it is a security and goes through the market as a community offering.
Anonymous holders
Every wallet on BlockMaze is verified.
Hype with nothing behind it
A token needs a use, a business or an asset. The classification call is where this is decided.
FAQ
What issuers ask first.
It depends on what it does and where it is sold. The classification step tells you, and the token is designed to stay on the right side of the line.
Where the rules allow: on Dealing for tokens that qualify, or between verified holders for utility tokens.
Issuance is on BlockMaze; bridges are case by case.
Set after classification; it depends on the treatment and the distribution.
