How to own a piece of your club.
From registering to your name on the register, in six steps, using a football club as the example. The same steps apply to a festival, a brand or a fund.
1. Register
Tell us who you are and where you live. Pre-launch this puts you first in line; when accounts open it starts your account. Registering is free.
2. Verify
One KYC: identity, a liveness check, sanctions screening, a few appropriateness questions. Done once, recognised across the ecosystem.
3. See what you can invest in
Eligibility is set by your country and category and enforced before you can subscribe. The club’s page shows you whether it’s open to you.
4. Read the page, ask the founder
The story, what you own, the numbers once documents are approved, the risks in plain language, the documents, and a public Q&A where the owner answers. Go to the live session.
5. Fund and subscribe
Transfer from your bank. Cash waits in the treasury token until the raise opens. Subscribe from the page; interest registered earlier converts first. If the minimum isn’t met, your money comes back.
6. Your name on the register
When the raise closes, you are a registered owner, with the rights the documents set out: dividends if paid, a vote if given, information. Your holding is with a regulated custodian. After listing, you can sell on Dealing; a new listing can be thin at first.
What you are not buying
A fan token, a perk, a promise of shares later, or a holding in someone else’s name. Registered equity, in yours.
